License lapsed more than 60 days, but less than 2 years

Thank you for choosing Karma Realty, Real Estate Brokerage to park your license. In order for your Reinstatement to go smoothly, please ensure you have completed all the necessary steps and required documents:

  1. Verify with RECO that your continuing education credits are up-to-date. If they aren't, take the required credits.

  2. Get a police check for employment. You must forward the original document to RECO

  3. Complete our Registration form and send it to us. (available here). We need to know who you are before we can approve your application. You will be charged $99 + HST for 1 year of license parking.

  4. Complete the Reinstatement form available through RECO's MyWeb.

We will notify you when the registration is complete.

Currently Working with a Brokerage (or Terminated for Less than 60 Days)

Thank you for choosing Karma Realty! To register with Karma Realty, the process is as follows:

  1. Terminate your registration with your current Brokerage. You will need to send us a copy of your Letter of Termination from your former brokerage (sample here).
  2. Complete our registration form (available here), and send it to us. You will be charged $99 + HST for 1 year of license parking.
  3. We will transfer your registration via RECO to Karma Realty. You will be charged by RECO the $25 transfer fee. We will notify you when we receive confirmation from RECO that your transfer to us is complete.

Thank you for choosing Karma Realty to park your license.

The process is as follows:

1. Completed our Registration form (available here). We need to know who you are before we can approve your registration.
You will be charged $99 + HST for 1 year of license parking

2. Obtain a recent police check for Employment - You must forward the original document to RECO

3. Completed your New Registrant application with RECO. To do so, you will need to create a RECO MyWeb account

Once signed in to RECO's MyWeb, you can fill out the New Registrant application. Our Brokerage number is: 4778739

We will notify you when we receive confirmation from RECO that your registration with us is complete.

So you have a client referral, that's terrific. If you know who you will be referring the client to, please make sure that you use the Referral Form (available here). Always check that the form is completed correctly with all appropriate signatures. We always want to make sure that you get paid for your referrals. You may have to download the free Adobe Reader. Having the agreement in writing helps to ensure that all parties understand the terms of the referral.
